The Board of Trustees of the Allele has decided to bid out the Association's management contract. As part of that process, we would like to collect feedback and suggestions from owners. Please fill out the survey below by December 15, 2017.

How would you rate the service provided by BRIGS Management (the current management company servicing the Allele)?
Please provide any specific positive feedback you have about BRIGS.
Please provide any specific negative feedback you have about BRIGS.
Please provide any relevant experiences you have had with other management companies
Please provide the names of any other management companies that you would recommend we seek bids from.
What are the most important features/services we should look for in a management company?
What are the least important features/services that we should not ask for in a bid from a management company?
